Painting equipment
Paint covering of the workpieces and the protection of the surface can be implemented by wet painting or dust painting.
Coating with wet paint can be done in a locked spray booth or in front of an extraction wall. The drying of the workpieces is mostly done at a tempered heat, in a closed drying cabin.
Powder coating is performed in booths with spray gaps. The material of the booth can be galvanized plate, powder coated steel plate, plastic or glass. The separation of the extracted dust paint is granted by cartridge-operated dustfilter or cyclone. The heat treatment of the dust paint is attained in hot-branding furnaces, typically at 200 °C degrees.
